Ibiza VIP Project  began operating in Barcelona in 1975 in the building works industry, specialising in the field of structures and foundations, and creating the first company in the group. The measure of success of the group is based on an efficient organisation and a dynamic,  entrepreneurial management mindset. In recent years, circumstances have forced the industry to remodel, and so, the company has experienced an expansion in terms of volume and types of work, opening the field of action towards creating bespoke luxury villas, the refurbishment and full maintenance of existing buildings,  and all construction related activities.
